Another Indian mobile which is going to be the market hit. New website has been launched yesterday(March 06,2009) by Karbonn mobiles. They are showcasing 6 products now. K118,k330,k217,k450,k451,k541 are those.I was wondering how these models are going to be successful  along with a tuff market competition from Nokia , Sumsung, LG and other giants. But I got a chance to use K217 few weeks back and I was amazed with its mind blowing performance, its too sexy in its look and feel.Right away let’s discuss about its few cool features which make it stand out from the crowd.

    hello sir,
    i am using karbonn k444 mobile . i have download pc suit but when i connect it to mobile its starts charging plz tell me how can i connect it to pc.

    K444 will not support phone suite.
    USB cable not provided in the box.

    Hi Basappa,
    Recently I purchased Karbonn KC555. While I was tried to save phone numbers in phone book, It was accepting only one number for one contact. Like other mobiles It was not taking Residence Number, Office Number, Fax, email, other details other than single number. Try to give directions, how to add multiple numbers for a single contact.
    How can I make a conference call with the above mentioned mobile.

    Hi Basappa,

    Please clarify my doubt and mention the solution for the same.. pleaseeeeeeeeee…

    This is subba from hyderabad, I bought KC555 (G+G / G+C) on Oct 2009. when i using this mobile in G+C mode, while am talking on GSM number if i get a call to CDMA number am getting vibration (highly) and vise versa.

    Can you please help me to off that vibration when i get another call on the other sim.. am getting head ache if some one trying to connect me no of times while am on another call which is imp for me..

    am waiting for your reply…

    deactivate the vibrate mode in gsm and cdma incoming calls, select ring only.
    then u can activate the call waiting service in gsm mode from ur handset itself.
    but for ur cdma mode, u need get the call waiting service activated by ur operator.

    Hi basappa,

    i recently brought karbonn k444, in the manual it is written that you can download music files to memory card by connecting the usb cable(and the operating system must be at least windows 2000 or above and no need of installing a driver…. i am using 7), but it was not provided in the mobile kit!
    can you please help me in this matter? pls tell me is usb data cable available for this phone, or any other cable will suit it?

    in the user manual it is written u can download music into the phone memory card by connecting it to the pc using a data cable………….. pls help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    it is not detecting in the computer!!!!!!!
    any software update is available for it????????????

    only problems in karbonn mobiles.. I am also suffering…the feedback on their website is not working. If you write email then they don’t respond and their service phone nobody picks up…stop buying these mobiles.

    I have Karbonn K 330. Does it has info display feature like nokia mobiles have? (wherein the name of the place where we are will be shown in the mobile)
    My friend told me that to get the cell info display facility activated in Karbonn mobile i need to set the Channel ID in “Broadcast Message Menu” . I have no idea how to set this menu.

    Kindly help me how to set this channel id

    i took karbonn kc 750 3 months back…but the phone has miser my life…sometimes software problem, battery discharges without any substancial talk (talk time of half an hour) and sometimes auto restarts…no rewsponse from karbonn mobile people……so dont buy karbonn

    Never buy this kind of mobile sets. You will suffer from software problem, battery discharge. Many unwanted sounds will disturb you during accepting phone calls. Some times, there will no light during incomming calls. Simply waste of money. If you send emails to the company, they will never reply. The dealer will say, such a cheap handset can not be repaired.

    Karbonn mobile is a complied and usefull mobile.Who her/she use mobile she says that ”This mobile is nothing problem”.Battery backup long lasting.Normal I like a karbonnmobile.Outlok,Battery,Net,Facebook,Ovi,camera,soundsystem,e_mail,FM,memory card And othersystemis usefull. Kc555is mostn’t problem.This mobile CDMA GSM aveible.

    I bought k217 2months back , and after few days i found that phone book is getting deleted automatically ,i gave it to service centers(KARBONN service center) for more than 6 times but problem is not solved.I live in Hyderabad.

    I had purchased a Karbon Mobile Phone KC 470 on 17th Nov 2010. Its Key Board has hanged and desnot function. Moreover Display disappear after some time of Switching on the Phone. The Service Center at Lakshmi Nagar New Delhi Vaishnavi Mobile Ph No 9810888885 mentioned in the Mannual never responds.I sent an E-Mail at the address support@karbonnmobiles.com mentioned in the mannual but the was returned as the same was refused by your server. Please Advise and do the Needful so that my phone may be repaired and I may use the Mobile Phone. I am really diappoined and fedup with the customer support of Karbonnmobiles.

    I had bough k661 which is functioning very nicely since d past 1.5 yrs. I had a problem in d middle and when contacted the service station d problem was rejected for various reasons.what should we do in such situations ?

    Solution
    Every major city has go a karbonn mobile head office.the address n contact is unknown 2 d customers.this information is only available wid d shop-keeper from whom you bought ur karbonn mobile.so ask ur shop owner 4 dis address and he will solve every problem hopefully

    i stay @ pune.did d same thing.was welcomed by them and d problem was solved immediately.

    I have purchased Karbonn Mobile model K661 During march 3rd 2010 from M/S ANAND ENTERPRISES,HASH-10 MOBILE SHOW ROOM,17/2 Tennur High Road,Trichy-620017.The mobile is in Guarantee period.
    During first week of November-2010, my mobile has got some problem in charger knob and it is not charging properly. I have shown my mobile at the nearest service center ( Gayathri communications at chinthamani, chathiram bus stand,Trichy)and I was given a receipt no:3084.
    They said that this mobile has a problem only with USB Cable,and we ordered to replace the same at the earliest. Even after a long time more than 45 Days,they have not arranged the cable and not serviced properly. They simply replying that the cable has not received so far from the company.Finally I got displeasure with their performance and I have asked to return my Mobile on 24.12.2010.
    My request may kindly be considered and I request kindly replace with new mobile at the earliest through the dealer from which I originally purchased the mobile. Thank You, Your’s Faithfully,
