Weight reducing techniques in office

Following simple steps would help you in reducing weight while you are in the office.

+ Give your printouts to the printer which is too far from your desk. (remember to collect it too :) )
+ Send a mail and walk to the person and explain more about it.
+ While taking a long calls use wireless headphone and take a walk around your building.
+ Avoid phone calls if you can walk down to the person and talk.
+ Have Green tea instead of sugared coffee.
+ Avoid junk foods and snacks.
+ Use stairs whenever possible.
