Metabolism is nothing but the rate of burning calories. If your metabolism rate is high you burn your fat soon.

Tips to reduce weight

Have a goal set
Lets have a very realistic goals for weight loss , ex:- 3 kgs in next 3 months. After achieving it will go for next step.

Have a pocket notebook always- health diary
Note down the things you eat each and every time and analysis your eating habit and correct it. Most of us don’t know how much we eat.

Drink plenty of water
Water is very essential for weight loss, It reduce the hunger naturally and help to burn fat.Drinking plenty of water is not that easy , it require dedication. wanna bet with me!!

Reduce Salt and Sweet.
Both of them loads your body with unwanted fat and calories.


Avoid alcohol or reduce the consumption.
It has more calories calories per gram and unwanted carbohydrates.

Exercise regularly.
There are many who does exercise vigorously but inconsistently, consistency is the main part here. Also give at least 3 months to see the slightest difference on your body.
This is the important point to note.Don’t give up your diet and exercise plans just after 2 months for the reason saying you don’t see any difference with it.  Exercise for 60-90 minutes daily. It can be in 2-3 stretch.

Eat frequently
Eat frequently in small quantity, this help to increase metabolism.

Build muscle.
Muscle requries energy, and it increse metabolism.

Sleep well
Rest is very much required for a body to be healthy.
