Maxthon and Avant really aren’t browsers but wrappers around Internet Explorer. No one should use Internet Explorer since it’s both highly insecure and technically incompetent. Any of the other browsers are an excellent choice and preferred by web developers around the world, such as myself.

You really should include Internet Explorer in your list seeing as technically it too is “free internet browsers for Windows”
