The 2000 following limit on twitter – how to overcome, hack

Twitter has a following limit of 2000 people depending on number of followers you have.Twitter impose this limitation to avoid spamming and anyways it is not logical to follow a lot of people if they are not following you.

2000 twitter following limit works this way
Till 2000 users you can follow with out any limitation , but after that you will be restricted to follow people on a 10 % percentage level, confused , here is the example.
If you have 2010 followers, you need to add 10 % to it ie you can follow 2010 + 201 = 2211 users and so on..To make it very simple you can only grow your followers on a steady rate after 2000 followers limit.

Now if we need to get more followers option is very simple , you need to un-follow the users which are

+ Not interesting to you
+ Boring users
+ Not active users
+ Users who add no value to you
+ Not following you

    First-of-all, If we follow 2000 people on twitter, we are surely NOT going to check the updates of all those! There is no use of following people just for the sake of following. If we think that we may befriend them or can get knowledge from them, then only we must follow them.

    This is my personal opinion. No offenses to anyone, If our views don’t match!

    But you see , most of the famous bloggers have thousands of followers and followings so there is some stuff behind it.

    This is stupid. So the ‘hack’ to following more then 2000 people is to, unfollow people? ha, what a joke. Neat trick to get you traffic, but not much remaining. ;0
