How to quit smoking tips

When you are mentally ready to quit smoking publish a date , tell everyone , I mean ‘every one’ about this

On the day you quit smoking do the following

  • Throw away all the cigarettes, lighters and ashtray
  • You will feel like smoking but it will go away in 1-2 minutes, take a deep breath , chew a chewing gum or drink a glass of water.
  • For the first week keep yourself busy  this is very important, or choose a busy week to quit smoking
  • Visit places where smoking is banned



For the first few weeks/ months…

  • Don’t hang around your smoking friends
  • Spend maximum time in no-smoking zone
  • Drink lot of water and juice, avoid caffeine drinks
  • Publish each month about your success and give some sweets to your friends and family on that day.

You may feel …

  • Stress
  • Anger
  • Headace

It is just for a week or two just keep it in mind you are saving yourself and your family and stick to your decision.

In case you are not able to stop it,
Just try once more with a much better will power.
