    Currently, as per the union budget 2010-11, thanks to the positive step taken by the govt. Now, people can afford to buy cellphones at cheaper price, manufactured by domestic cellphone companies…(especially dual sim phones), whose quality are at par with nokia, sony ericsson, motorola, samsung mobile phones… ;)
