    what boss………we are purchasing karbonn mobiles, but this company has not provided PC Suite till now for any mobile…

    It is not fair……
    company needs to be provide PC Suite immediately so that they can increase their sales……..

    i have kc750 model ,but in p.c.,i installed carbon mob.driver and p.c. suite,but my moble not responding and hide the phone contains in mobile and not seen also in memory card,it seen as .exe type .plese tell me what i hve to do in this condition.give me sugestion and help me .

    Hi Karbonn team,

    I have purchased Karbonn K25 and I need to transfer all my data from another cell phone. but I am facing problem while transfering phonebook. It is transfering only one phone number. Also I need compatible verison of K25 PC suite.

    Also I want to download gtalk messenger for Karbonn. If anybody has link so please forward it to me.

    Would appreciate your prompt response.

    Hi Karbonn team,

    I have purchased Karbonn K25 and I need to put/edit phonebook, but I am facing problem to open the phonebook which is not displaying while connecting to compluter (windows 7). I can directly enter the phone book to the mobile and the phonebook data is not diplaying on pc. Now I am in Qatar purchased a new Karbonn k25 through a friend and at present which not providing me as my expectations which you are offering. Also I need compatible verison of K25 PC suite.

    Would appreciate your prompt response.

    I think the suite is available for download from Karbonn mobiles website and I hope it will work for most of the models. For me – K1212 it is working well. Actually the bundled software is not for installation but can directly be used. Simply double click on the executable file and u can see the interface. Now to connect it to the system, you need to change the COM Port which is used to connect the phone to the PC from the settings menu in the interface. After this, u can browse the content of the phonebook and other files. Also you can connect to the internet by creating a connection.
