i had downloaded karbonn k560 theams that are in .zip format , but they are not supported by my phone

I think the suite is available for download from Karbonn mobiles website and I hope it will work for most of the models. For me – K1212 it is working well. Actually the bundled software is not for installation but can directly be used. Simply double click on the executable file and u can see the interface. Now to connect it to the system, you need to change the COM Port which is used to connect the phone to the PC from the settings menu in the interface. After this, u can browse the content of the phonebook and other files. Also you can connect to the internet by creating a connection.
