How to find Microsoft outlook mailbox size

microsoftIf you are bugged with  over usage notification emails and wondering how to find the size of your Microsoft Outlook mailbox , here are the steps to find your mail box size in Microsoft outlook.

1. Right click on your mailbox from your left side pane.
2. click on “Properties for mailbox – xxxx”

3. Click on “Folder Size”

It will display your mail box size in KB (Kilo Bytes)

Another easy option is to click on Tools –> Mailbox cleanup –> View Mailbox Size
