How to set default message priority in Microsoft outlook

You can set Priority for your outgoing emails send from Microsoft Outlook as follows
On your compose new message windows you just need to press red ! sign to set it as high importance and down arrow for low importance.

If you need to set the default message priority follow the below steps.
Tools –> Options –> E-mail Options –> Advanced Email options
