blood pressureOne of the major health problem for many of us today is high blood pressure. But, Is this high blood pressure a non-curable disease?
Blood pressure is the pressure exerted by circulating blood on the walls of blood vessels. If this pressure rises and stays high over a long period of time it can damage our body organs. The normal blood pressure is 120/80 mm/Hg . Top number  (120) is systolic and bottom number  (80) is diastolic. If the systolic number is more than 130  and diastolic number is more than 90 then you have high blood pressure.

High blood pressure is really a concern these days as people are used to sit for a long time on work and don’t have time for exercises. You have pointed out some really nice tips for those suffering from this health problem. Nice one.

  2. My grandmother suffers from Blood pressure. I will surely ask her to follow some tips here after consulting the doctor.

  3. There\’s a lot of info on high blood pressure these days. Suggesting that any pressure reading over 120/80 is an indication of high blood pressure sounds a bit alarmist. Blood pressures are like fingerprints – all similar but all different. When your blood pressure reading consistently read over 140/105 then its time to act. Up to that point your still in a normal range – particularly if you\’re over 45.
