7 common mistakes while you write an email which should be avoided

I had published 20 tips for writing professional emails earlier, now these are the common mistakes made while we send emails, which should be avoided.
Sending message without subject line
Writing an email without subject line will always give an unprofessional look to your email. Its importance would be reduced by itself.

Click Reply instead of Reply all
Always make it a habit to click reply all , it avoids the risk of missing anyone in your email. But make sure when you send a thanks for your birthday wish or so it is always better to click reply and it will avoid spamming others.

Address multiple issues/points in one mail.
It is human nature to skip few points from a big email. So it is always better to have your important issue addressed in one mail.

Inappropriate use of To and Cc
Use To and Cc logically, those who have any action item should be on To and others on CC , it is the simple rule.

Heavy Graphics
Avoid heavy graphics as your stationery and signatue

Different fonts
Always try to use same fonts for your emails, Avoid fancy fonts.

Avoid BCC
Avoid BCC, its always unprofessional, even if you use BCC mention it in your email, normally BCC is used in professional mails to avoid accidental ‘reply all’ spams.
