10 ways to relieve your stress and be more productive – relaxing and de stressing techniques

Exercise your brain
It would be boring to do the same job all the time, your brain also need a break, try learning a new language or a musical instrument. These re real good exercise for your brain.

Uni-tasking
Multi-tasking is a old concept , it is proven wrong. Brain can concentrate on one task at a time. Multitasking can only add stress.

Exercise
Exercise is one of the best possible way to get rid of stress. Exercise daily or atleast 5 days a week.

Sing a song or at least listen
Singing a song will relieve you from stress, if you can’t do it , listen to a song.

Take a break
Never sit continuously for a hour or more.Take a break of 5 mins for each hour you sit.

Meditation
Practice meditation , it sharpen your thoughts and free your mind.

Laugh and Smile
Both attracts and help you to relax. It cost you nothing. but earns you a lot

Stop worrying
Worrying is not a solution for any problem, it reduces your capacity to think and arrive to a solution.

Think Positive
Positive thoughts brings in positive vibrations. It takes you through the right direction.

Throw and catch a ball
It is a good exercise to your mind and brain. it magically relax you.
