How to reset question and answers , phone numbers, images on hdfc online banking secureID

online-banking security questionIn one of the earlier post we have discussed about secure ID questions on HDFC internet banking , you can check the following methods incase you are not able to remember the secret answers you have filled up during the time of registration. To modify the details updated by you for Secure Access, please log in to NetBanking. Click on the Third Party transfer option, where on the left hand corner you will find the below options under “Modify Secure Access Profile” Tab:
To Reset the questions and answers:

  1. Access your Netbanking account
  2. Click on “Third Party Transfer” option
  3. Click on “Change Questions Answers” option available under “Modify Secure Access Profile”.
To change the Image and Message:

  1. Access your Netbanking account
  2. Click on “Third Party Transfer” option
  3. Click on “Change Image and Message” option available under “Modify Secure Access Profile”.
To change the telephone numbers:

  1. Access your Netbanking account
  2. Click on “Third Party Transfer” option
  3. Click on “Change telephone numbers” option available under “Modify Secure Access Profile”.
On submission of your request, you will be asked to enter certain details for authentication purposes.
Incase, if you are unable to change the question and answer by following steps as mentioned above, please call up our Phone Banking unit or submit written request at the nearest branch for resetting them.
