How to reduce bounce rate of your website

bouncing_ballBounce rate is the number of visitors who just visit your landing (entrance) page and leave your blog/website without exploring any other pages. This is so unlucky that many of them have more than 70 % bounce rate , that means out of 100 users 70 of them leave your website just after reading one page. There are few simple tips which can be deployed to reduce this.

Welcome message to readers
A welcome message is always useful to have a welcome message to your readers and highlight your best posts and also it helps to develop a bonding with your readers

Related posts
Present your readers with related post which might be interesting for them, there are many plugins available for this.

Internal linking

Link your earlier posts with a attractive tag lines in a contextual manner. This gives more page views and reader engagement on your website.

Attractive titles

Attractive titles can give you more page views , it is proven

Faster page load
If your website loads slow, your readers may not stay for a long time. Give them what they need FAST.

Control advertisements
Advertisements are needed but don’t over do it. It can be annoying and will distract your readers.

Use Images effectively
Attractive images are always good to increase readership. Images with title can say a lot than words.

    Welcome messages are good to have, but don’t actually say Hi or Welcome with them. Get to the point quickly without wasted words. Best to think of it as an introduction messages.
