Motorola Shadow – is it the Nexus Two ? price , features

Nexus one is red hot in the market with the fact that Google entered in to the hardware (mobile handset) business. Also Google had earlier announced about the possibility of  newer versions of Nexus One mobile phone with physical QWERTY keyboards. Motorola is planning to launch its new model mobile phone with Android 2.0 and physical keyboard which is exactly what Google was referring to.

Will Google associate with Motorola for its Nexus Two launch ?
What all are the new features on Nexus TWO ?
What would be the price of Nexus Two ?
