Paypal send back the personal payment to India. Paypal India Payment issue.

Today I got a mail from PayPal stating that one of my payment which I receive for my inline advertisements has been send back due to some issues with personal payments to and from India. Also they stated that for personal payments you may have to depend on other services. It means India is putting strict rules around the personal payments send to and from India. But also they mention if it is for some service or business purpose remittor has to send back the payment by clicking ‘Goods” and provide the shipping address.

How to receive money through PayPal for service or products sold.

• Remittor need to click on “Send Money” Tab
• Select ” Goods “
• Provide the shipping address.

Message from Paypal :-
Your payment of  xxxx.xx has been sent back to the sender of the payment.

We reversed this payment because we have stopped allowing personal payments to be sent to or from India.

If this was a payment for a purchase of goods or services, and not a personal payment, then you may contact the buyer and have him or her resend the payment as follows:  (a) click the Send Money tab, (b) select “Goods,” and (c) provide a shipping address.

If this payment was a personal payment such as a gift, then we have requested that the sender find another payment method until we restore personal payments to and from India.

We are trying to resolve this issue as quickly as possible and we’re sorry for any inconvenience.
