How to disable Google Buzz from gmail | why people hate Google Buzz

If you check the survey results from lifehacker, there are so many who doesn’t like Google Buzz, and it is bad that Google installs its new product – Google Buzz which out user’s permission. But the good think is there are options left to disable it.  Few of the reasons why people hate Google buzz are :-

• Google Buzz is enabled by its own – no questions asked
• It spam you inbox with updates from your friends
• Users gets automatically followed and your updates may reach to unintended users

To turn off Buzz on your Gmail account, just browse to the bottom of the Gmail window and click on Turn Off Buzz.

Disable Google Buzz Notifications

If you need to turn off the Buzz email notifications which is sent to your inbox , follow the steps

Visit  Gmail Settings page -

Go to Filters tab and create a new Filter.

In the search criteria, type label:buzz in the Has the Words field. Test search. It should show you all the buzz notifications.

Choose the Skip the Inbox action in the next step and create the filter.
