How to remove new youtube subscription bar

remove YouTube subscription bar : Few days back youTube had introduced a new feature , where a strip of subscribed video thumbnail will be displayed at the bottom of the screen. There are options to repeat the video or randomly pick your next video etc. But for me it is so annoying and I am in search of an option to remove it. I couldn’t find any option yet but will keep every ond updated about this when i come across any solution. This subscription bar is displayed only when you view any videos which are subscribed by you currently.

This is yet another useless feature added by google lately. Youtube team should now start listening to what its users say !

There is a thread started for this in google support forum where users are shouting at, Please have a look at that, it may help you . It didn’t work for me anyways.

If you happen to be using Firefox, you should also have an extension called AdBlock Plus. You can get it at adblockplus.org/en/
installation, and make sure you get the element hiding helper also.
Once that’s installed, you go to tools -> adblock plus preferences and click the “add filter” button, and add these filters:
