New Renault Fluence review, Price Mileage, Diesel and Petrol models 2011

As part of its solo entry into the country’s car market. Renault on Thursday, launched its first car the luxury sedan Fluence. besides inaugurating the first exclusive Renault dealership in the city Renault Palace orchards.
The Fluence is the company’s first car to be manufactured in the facility near Chennai. The petrol variant comes with 2.0 litre engine coupled with a CVT automatic gear box, while the diesel variant has a 1.5 litre engine matched to a 6-speed manual gear box. To make a drive comfortable, the car comes with a dual zone auto climate control, rear AC vents and leather seating. Apart from this, the small access card and start/ stop button, bluetooth and plug and music add to its luxury . Safety features includes electronic stability programme and traction control and four air bags. The petrol variant costs Rs 14,45,155 ex showroom Bangalore while the diesel variant is price at rs 13,02,276.

Speaking about Renault transforming itself from a French, European to a global brand Renault country manger says so, ” for Renault, India is one of the three key countries in its international development strategy “. They also plan to start 14 more dealers across the country, ramping upto 40 dealers by end of this year and 100 dealership by December 2012.
