There is options available to change your background on Google also. This Monday Google made a significant change in its search engine, Now Google start showing supplimenting search results from other social networking  and news sites on a real time basis. That means if you search for a specific keyword you could see the news and discussions related to it in google in real time, and it keeps on updating in its scroll area which is currently placed in the middle of the page. Read news online fast with Google fast flip

It is very slow to read news online, it may be due to slow internet connection, more advertisements on web pages etc. Again Google is coming up with an excellent solution for this.
